Record Clearance Canada is an information and referral website. The services described here are provided by Federal Pardons And Waiver Services(FPWS) under its own client agreement, which you will see before you pay for anything.

Content on this site, including eligibility results and proposals, is general information based on what you tell us. It is not legal advice, and it is not a decision by any government. Government agencies decide every application.

Prices

Service fees are FPWS’s and are in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes unless marked US$. Government fees are approximate, are set by the governments concerned, can change without notice, and are paid directly to them.

Please don’t submit false information, someone else’s information without their permission, or automated submissions.
